Our Commitment to The Transparency Act
For Lexit Group, the Transparency Act is a guiding principle within our operations. This legislation, aimed at promoting openness and accessibility within organizations, reflects our commitment to responsible and transparent business practices. We see it as an opportunity to enhance the trust of our stakeholders and contribute to a more open and responsible business culture.
To gain a better understanding of the risks in our value chain, we have initiated efforts to monitor risks within our suppliers. We value open dialogue and close collaboration with these crucial partners when it comes to promoting sustainability and human rights in our supply chain. This is for example followed up by our continuous supplier assessments.
We strive to conduct our business responsibly and ethically. Lexit Group has a human rights and labor conditions policy that addresses the respect for human rights both within the organization and throughout the supply chain. We adhere to international human rights principles aimed at promoting and protecting human rights, including the UN Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, and the UN Declaration on the Rights of Refugees and Migrants.
This policy, our code of conduct, other policies, procedures, and our values outline our commitment to respect human rights and expectations regarding:
- Fair and equal treatment
- Gender equality and diversity
- Non-discrimination
- Safe and healthy working conditions
- Compensation and wages
- Freedom of association and collective bargaining
- Zero tolerance for modern slavery and child labor
- Transparency
- Intellectual property rights, privacy, and information security
